My name is Diana and I am a certified personal trainer and online coach. I currently hold two certificates; L2 Gym Instructor and L3 Personal trainer conducted via The Fitness Group UK. Since 2018 I have dived deeper into the fitness world and have fallen quickly in love with lifting weights. Throughout my journey I have experienced many struggles, learnt new things and became better. I was able to optimize my trainings and with my best ability tailored them to become the most efficient. That is why I published an ebook "Fitness Tips & Tricks" in order to make your fitness journey easier than mine but foremost save you the most precious thing - your time.

I believe that the key approach in fitness, whether we are talking about exercise or nutrition is in creating a sustainable form of lifestyle. While going through my life-long fitness journey I was able to discover my hidden passion for nutrition and read countless number of science-based nutrition books based on which I believe I found the right diet to support my exercise performance.
